- olive oil spray
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans (toasted, optional)

Instructions
- Mix the Cheese: In a medium bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, and thyme until smooth.
- Shape the Balls: Roll the cheese mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
- Breading Station: Prepare three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Roll each cheese ball in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat evenly.
- Air Fry: Place the breaded cheese balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7 to 9 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with nuts and parsley, and serve hot.
