Ingredients
Scale
For Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
For Tacos:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Warm Tortillas: Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft. Lightly toast them if desired.
- Assemble Tacos: Spoon cooked beef onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, onions, chopped pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can shape the ground beef into small patties and sear for a more authentic ‘burger’ texture.
- Try with slider buns instead of tortillas for a fun twist.
