Description

A fun twist on the classic Big Mac flavors, these Big Mac Tacos are a delicious fusion of taco and burger. Featuring seasoned ground beef, a creamy Big Mac sauce, and classic toppings like lettuce, cheese, and pickles, these tacos are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale

For Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

For Tacos:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Warm Tortillas: Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft. Lightly toast them if desired.
  4. Assemble Tacos: Spoon cooked beef onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, onions, chopped pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can shape the ground beef into small patties and sear for a more authentic ‘burger’ texture.
  • Try with slider buns instead of tortillas for a fun twist.
