Description

Ingredients

    Lasagna Noodles:

    9 lasagna noodles (cooked and drained)

    Buffalo Chicken:

    3 cups shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup buffalo wing sauce

    Ricotta Mixture:

    1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder

    Cheeses:

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)

    Garnish:

    2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Chicken and Sauce: In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
  3. Prepare Ricotta Mixture: In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Spread a layer of buffalo chicken, then noodles, ricotta mixture, buffalo chicken, cheeses, and repeat. Finish with cheese on top. Add blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for additional 10–15 minutes until browned. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
