Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C), placing a pizza stone inside to heat if you have one. Roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. Place the dough on a pizza peel if you have one; otherwise, use parchment paper or a baking sheet for easy transfer.
- Add Toppings: Spread the blue cheese dressing evenly over the rolled dough. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cooked chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated, then spread the chicken evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
