Garlic Butter Sauce:

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season evenly with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return the steak to the pan, toss in the garlic butter, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
