Ingredients
Scallions:
1 bunch scallions (about 6–8), trimmed
Olive Oil:
1 tablespoon
Sour Cream:
1 cup
Mayonnaise:
1/4 cup
Soy Sauce:
1 tablespoon
Rice Vinegar:
1 tablespoon
Chili Crisp:
1–2 tablespoons (to taste)
Garlic:
1 clove, finely grated
Salt:

Lime Juice:

Instructions
- Preheat the grill: Preheat a grill pan or skillet over high heat.
- Grill the scallions: Toss the scallions with olive oil and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply charred and tender. Let cool slightly, then finely chop.
- Prepare the dip: In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated garlic, and chili crisp. Stir in the chopped scallions and mix well.
- Adjust seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice if desired.
- Chill and serve: Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
