- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24-ounce) jar pizza or marinara sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the tortellini: Cook the tortellini according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add the sauce, oregano, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer.
- Combine ingredients: Mix cooked tortellini with sauce, half of mozzarella, and half of pepperoni.
- Assemble: Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and pepperoni.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
