These Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups are a delightful combination of flaky crescent roll dough filled with a savory garlic butter mixture and gooey melted cheese. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
Dough:
1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Garlic Butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Filling:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Brush each triangle with garlic butter, sprinkle with cheeses, then roll up from wide end to tip. Place on baking sheet.
Brush tops with remaining garlic butter. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a spicy kick.
