Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces uncooked penne or rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken and seasonings, cook until browned.
