  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook Rotini Pasta: Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Steak: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a skillet until browned but tender. Set aside.
  3. Make Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, cook garlic, then add beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
