- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Cheese Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook Rotini Pasta: Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare Steak: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a skillet until browned but tender. Set aside.
- Make Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, cook garlic, then add beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, then mix in the steak. Garnish with parsley and serve.
