Instructions
- Cream Cheese Filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assembly: Spread the cream cheese mixture onto four slices of bread and top each with the remaining bread to make sandwiches.
- Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt.
- Cooking: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides, then cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
