  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Peach Salsa:

  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • pinch of salt

Additional:

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

  3. Grill the Chicken: Cook marinated chicken on a grill or skillet for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
