Main Bread:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then stir in flour until just mixed.
- Prepare Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer and Swirl: Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
