  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix the meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
