Description

These Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles offer a refreshing twist on your favorite iced coffee drink, blending smooth cold brew coffee with creamy milk, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of vanilla. Perfect for summer, they provide a delightful, cool caffeine boost in a frozen treat form.

Ingredients

Scale

Cold Brew Coffee Base

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee (unsweetened)

Dairy and Sweeteners

  • 1 cup whole milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl or measuring cup, combine the cold brew coffee, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully blended to ensure all flavors meld together.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and add more sweetened condensed milk if you prefer a sweeter popsicle. Mix well again after adding sweetener.
  3. Fill Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, making sure to leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  4. Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until the popsicles are completely solid.
  5. Unmold and Serve: To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy vanilla cold brew coffee popsicles.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, substitute whole milk with coconut milk and use a dairy-free sweetened condensed milk alternative.
  • For a mocha flavor, swirl in a bit of chocolate syrup before freezing.
