Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Roll Ups:
- 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Fill crescent dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up, starting from the wide end toward the point.
- Bake: Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
