- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Finishing Touches:
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the potatoes cut-side down directly on the cheese. Press gently to ensure contact.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the bottom and tender inside.
- Cool and serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then use a spatula to lift the potatoes from the pan. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
