- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (or 1 packet)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or water
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and onion, cook until beef is browned. Stir in garlic, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, simmer until thickened.
- Prepare Tacos: Warm tortillas, spoon beef mixture onto half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half, press gently.
- Cook Tacos: Coat skillet with cooking spray, cook folded tacos until golden and crispy on each side.
- Serve: Top with optional toppings and enjoy!

- Flour tortillas can be used as an alternative.
- For a healthier option, bake the tacos at 425°F for 10–12 minutes instead of frying.
