  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and onion, cook until beef is browned. Stir in garlic, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, simmer until thickened.
  2. Prepare Tacos: Warm tortillas, spoon beef mixture onto half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half, press gently.
  3. Cook Tacos: Coat skillet with cooking spray, cook folded tacos until golden and crispy on each side.
