Tofu Chips
- 350-400 g Firm silken tofu
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 sheet Crushed nori
- 1 tsp Shichimi togarashi
- 2 tbsp Toasted black & white sesame seeds

- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to prepare for baking the tofu chips.
- Blend Tofu: Place the firm silken tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, creating a spreadable paste.
- Spread Tofu: Evenly spread the blended tofu paste onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy removal.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the tofu layer with a pinch of salt, crushed nori sheet, 1 tsp Shichimi togarashi, and 2 tablespoons of toasted black and white sesame seeds to add flavor and texture.
- Bake: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tofu chips turn golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the baked tofu from the oven and allow it to cool on a cooling rack. Once cooled, break the sheet into chip-sized pieces and serve.
