- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Cook turkey mixture: Add ground turkey, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until turkey is browned and vegetables are softened, about 6–8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Make sauce: Stir in ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
- Serve: Spoon turkey mixture onto toasted burger buns and serve.
