- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Set up breading station: Prepare three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of cornmeal, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the tomatoes: Coat each tomato slice in flour, dip into the egg, then coat in the cornmeal mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil: Lightly drizzle or brush the tops of the coated slices with olive oil or melted butter.
