- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Toast the English muffins: Arrange the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up, and toast in the oven for 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
