Fritos Chili Cheese Salad:
- 1 bag (9.25 oz) Fritos corn chips
- 1 can (15 oz) chili beans, drained

- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/2 cup Catalina or French dressing
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine chili beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and olives if using.
- Add Fritos and Dressing: Just before serving, add the Fritos and drizzle with Catalina or French dressing.
