Brownies:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Frosting:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Combine melted butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, dissolved coffee, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool.
- Make Frosting: Beat softened butter, add coffee, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Spread over brownies.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy!
