Garlic Butter BBQ Beef:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill each tortilla with the garlic BBQ beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
