Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until the pudding is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and macadamia nuts if using, then gently stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with maraschino cherries if desired.
Notes
- For extra tropical flavor, add ½ cup diced mango or papaya.
