Sago:
- 1 cup small pearl sago
- 5 cups water
Base Mixture:
- 3 cups honeydew melon, diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Serving:
- Ice cubes or crushed ice for serving
Instructions
- Cook Sago: Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add sago pearls, cook for 10-12 minutes until translucent. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
- Prepare Base: Blend half of the honeydew with coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine: Mix base with diced honeydew and sago. Chill for 1 hour.

Notes
- For a lighter version, use evaporated milk and reduce sugar. Mango or cantaloupe can be substituted for honeydew.
