- Marinate the Chicken: Combine buttermilk and hot sauce, then marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Coating: Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge and Fry: Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden brown.
- Make Hot Honey: Warm honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan.
- Assemble: Brush biscuits with melted butter, add fried chicken, drizzle with hot honey, and top with biscuit lid.
