For the Hot Honey Rim:

  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons Tajín seasoning
  • Lime wedges for rimming

For the Margarita:

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup silver tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hot honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts hot honey and warm water)
  • Ice as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rim: Pour the Tajín seasoning onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses, then dip the rims into the Tajín to coat.
  2. Blend the Margarita: In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and hot honey syrup. Blend until smooth, adding ice as needed to reach desired thickness.
  3. Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust sweetness or heat by adding more hot honey or a pinch of Tajín. Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of Tajín and a lime wedge. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a few slices of fresh jalapeño to the blender.
  • You can also use fresh mango, but add extra ice to chill and thicken the drink.
