Instructions
- Rinse the Jasmine Rice: Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- Cook Rice in Instant Pot: Add the rinsed rice, water, and salt (if using) to the Instant Pot. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Natural Release: Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
- Fluff and Serve: Open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork before serving.

- For softer rice, increase the water to 1 1/4 cups.
- For firmer rice, reduce water slightly.
