- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the lemon cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg to form a soft dough. Press the dough into the baking dish to create the crust.
- Make the topping: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining egg, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
