Brownies:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Whisk melted butter and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix. Stir in flour and salt, then fold in walnuts if desired. Pour into pan.
- Bake Brownies: Bake for 25–30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the frosting by whisking butter, milk, cocoa, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost Brownies: Spread frosting over warm brownies. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
