Description

  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  2. Cook Macaroni: Cook the macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in milk until thickened. Add cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Mix in cooked macaroni, let cool slightly, then stir in beaten egg. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, top with breadcrumbs.
