Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Cook Macaroni: Cook the macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in milk until thickened. Add cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix in cooked macaroni, let cool slightly, then stir in beaten egg. Spoon mixture into muffin tin, top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and set. Cool before removing from pan.
