Ingredients

Eggs:

6 large eggs

Milk:

1/2 cup (dairy or plant-based)

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Garlic Powder:

1/4 teaspoon

Cheddar Cheese:

1/2 cup shredded

Red Bell Pepper:

1/4 cup diced

Spinach:

1/4 cup chopped

Broccoli:

1/4 cup finely chopped

Green Onions:

1/4 cup chopped

Nonstick Cooking Spray:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Stir in the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, broccoli, and green onions.
