- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- â…“ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup beef broth or water
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Cook beef: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, add ground beef, cook until browned. Add garlic, ginger, cook for 1 minute.
