  • 2 cups digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup crushed biscuits or edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the dish to form a crust. Chill.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Warm sweetened condensed milk, steep Earl Grey tea bags in it. Remove bags, add white chocolate chips, and melt. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over crust.
  3. Chill and Garnish: Smooth the top of the mixture. Garnish with crushed biscuits or flowers. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Slice and serve.
