For the Crust:
- 2 cups digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup crushed biscuits or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the dish to form a crust. Chill.
- Prepare the Filling: Warm sweetened condensed milk, steep Earl Grey tea bags in it. Remove bags, add white chocolate chips, and melt. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over crust.
- Chill and Garnish: Smooth the top of the mixture. Garnish with crushed biscuits or flowers. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Slice and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep 3 tea bags.
- You can use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
