  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • Extra chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions
