- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup passion fruit pulp
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into the base, and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, passion fruit pulp, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the base.
- Finish: Spoon remaining passion fruit pulp over the top, swirl lightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Slice and serve chilled.

- For extra crunch, add shredded coconut or crushed meringue on top.
