Ingredients

Scale

For the Base:

  • 2 packets (about 400 g) Tim Tam biscuits, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed Tim Tams, melted butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Press into the dish.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in intervals. Pour over the base.
  3. Chill: Sprinkle with chopped Tim Tams and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm. Slice and serve.
