- 2 packets (about 400 g) Tim Tam biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- Extra chopped Tim Tams for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Mix crushed Tim Tams, melted butter, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Press into the dish.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in intervals. Pour over the base.
- Chill: Sprinkle with chopped Tim Tams and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm. Slice and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute half the milk chocolate with dark chocolate for a richer topping.
- This slice can be frozen for up to 2 months.
