- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Onions: Place sliced onions in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid.
- Mix the Batter: In a bowl, combine onions, feta, parsley, eggs, flour, baking powder, and pepper. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Fry the Fritters: Heat oil in a skillet, scoop batter into the oil, flatten slightly, fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Make the Dipping Sauce: Whisk together sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Serve: Serve fritters warm with dipping sauce on the side.

- You can use red onions for added sweetness or add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
