Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy. Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Combine and Bake: Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the white chocolate chips. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
