- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy. Add the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Combine and Bake: Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the white chocolate chips. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
- Cool and Enjoy: Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
