- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin mix in the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add Cold Water and Chill: Add the cold water to the gelatin mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for about 15 to 20 minutes until it begins to slightly thicken but is not fully set.
- Combine Creamy Ingredients: Fold in the cottage cheese and whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add Fruits and Marshmallows: Gently stir in the drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and drained crushed pineapple until evenly combined.
- Refrigerate to Set: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the salad is chilled and fluffy.
- Serve: Stir lightly before serving and spoon into bowls.
