Cold Water:

  • 4 cups

Ice Cubes:

Fresh Mint Leaves:

Instructions

  1. Blend Peaches and Lemon Juice: In a blender, combine the peeled and sliced peaches with the lemon juice and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the Mixture: Pour the peach-lemon mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
  3. Add Cold Water: Add the cold water and stir well to combine.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.
