  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • lemon slices and fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the Mixture: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired.
  3. Add Ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushie consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sparkling version, replace cold water with sparkling water before blending with ice.
