- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired.
- Add Ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushie consistency.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace cold water with sparkling water before blending with ice.
