Instructions
- Prepare Creamy Base: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.
 - Combine Ingredients: Stir in chopped shrimp, green onion, and parsley until evenly combined.
 - Shape the Log: Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap, smoothing the sides as you roll.
 - Chill: Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
