Instructions

- Assemble the Cobbler: Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter—do not stir. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over the top of the batter.
- Add the Topping: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then sprinkle over the bananas.
- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
