- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, sauté onion, add ground beef, taco seasoning, water, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned and thickened.
- Prepare the ring: Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture over dough and fold to seal.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
