  • 1 teaspoon Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Carrots: Place the julienned carrots in a large bowl.

  3. Add Flavor: Mix in rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, gochugaru, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.
