Cheese Crisps:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spinach Dip Mixture:
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the crisps: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly. Repeat with remaining mixture, spacing each mound about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
- Cool and serve: Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Make sure the spinach is very well drained to prevent soggy crisps.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven to re-crisp.
