  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling: Mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the chicken: Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the ricotta-spinach mixture. Secure with toothpicks or twine.
  4. Sear the chicken: Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake: Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve: Remove toothpicks or twine before serving.
